We want you to feel confident and stylish in any weather, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all Hairbrella products in their original condition. If your headwear doesn't provide the perfect fit or protection, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Hairbrella items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is unworn.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
